BURRILL, Theda "Teddy" – of Birch Run, died Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at Tendercare of Saginaw. She was 89 years of age. Teddy was born July 25, 1916 in Saginaw to the late Edgar and Lottie (Johnson) Curtis. She was a resident of Birch Run since 1957 and was employed by Conlee Oil for 5 years. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid, and the VFW ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by: 4 children; Lawrence "Tony" Husen of Saginaw, Agnes (Larry) Raymond of Flint, Paul (Jean) Husen of Saginaw, Pauline Burrill of Bridgeport; 17 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; brother, Donald (Dorothy) Curtis of Tawas; many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by: first husband, Lawrence Husen, second husband, Eugene Burrill, 8 brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be 2 PM Thursday, August 18, 2005 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home, Birch Run, Pastor Harry White officiating. Burial will be at Eastlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3-9 PM and on Thursday from 12-2 PM. A memorial service by the VFW Ladies Auxiliary will be at 7 PM Wednesday. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Christ Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
