Ross Edward David, 64, of Pea Ridge, passed away March 7, 2012.
Ross was born Jan. 2, 1948, in Eureka Springs, Ark., to parents Cleo David and Dorothy Lugenbeal.

He was united in marriage to Sharlette Gunnels in Huntsville, Ark., on Sept. 5, 1969. They were married for 42 years. For many years, Ross worked at Glad Manufacturing. He also was a minister, volunteer firefighter in Pea Ridge and enjoyed attending auctions.

Ross was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Roland David; sisters, Evelyn Brown, Lavera Byers, Joada Vanhook, Lucille Bowman, Berniece "Tiny" Evans, Francis Lakin and Patsy David.

He is survived by his wife, Sharlotte David of Pea Ridge; son, Stephen David and wife, Cheryl, of Pea Ridge; sisters, Estella Killer and husband, Tommie, of Fayetteville and Joyce Raymer and husband, Junior, of Garfield; special granddaughter, Meghan David of Pea Ridge; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Graveside services are set for 2 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2012, at Union Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers.
