FRANKLIN, Ellen 72, of Jamestown, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2007. She was born January 7, 1935, the daughter of Herbert and Hazel Fuerst who preceded her in death. She worked as an office manager and retired from Jamestown Plastic Molders, Inc. She is survived by her daughter Christina Franklin of Jamestown; two sisters: Martha (Richard) Burns of Chappaqua, New York and Marilyn (Donald) Comilloni of Granite Springs, New York; brother, Richard (Gayle) Fuerst of Council Bluffs, Iowa; nephews and nieces: William Cossum of Houston, Texas; Carol (Michael) Maher of Chappaqua, New York; Kirk (Christine) Beitler of Concord, New Hampshire and Natalie, Melissa and Carrie Fuerst of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Also four great nieces: Colleen and Megan Maher of Chappaqua, New York and Alison and Lauren Beitler of Concord, New Hampshire. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 22, 2007, 1:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home in Jamestown, where friends may call Wednesday February 21, 2007 from 5 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Beaver Cemetery in Beavercreek. Memorial contributions may be made to: American Cancer Society 2808 Reading Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45206 and/or Hospice of Dayton 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420.
