Clifton R. Burns, age 58, died at his home in Clayton last Thursday. He had lived his entire life at Clayton where he was a member of the First Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge. He was employed at the Public Service Company of Indiana at Plainfield for the past six years. Services were Sunday afternoon in Flanner & Buchanan Hall Mortuary in Clayton with burial in Clayton Cemetery. Survivors are the widow, Maude; five brothers, Roy Burns of Columbus, Georgia, Everett, Chester, Ronald and Arthur Burns, all of Indianapolis; and two sisters, Marie Miller of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Mabel Draper, Lomita, California.
