Paul Beer was born in Hamburg, Germany in Dec of 1919 his father Otto was in the german war, Paul and his mother fled germany and came to canada,he had one older sister Helga Beer who stayed in germany, Paul arrived in edmonton at age 13 with his mother, his father followed a few years later once released from a Canadian war camp they made edmonton there home, paul met the love of his life Virginia Meckelburg in Edmonton, got married moved to chilliwack B.C to raise his family, after 11 years the marriage went south. he moved to vancouver and she left to edmonton to raise her 4 children Paul lived in vancouver British columbia for many years. He had alot of friends from all walks of life, he was well known in his community, Paul had four children, Kenneth, Curtiss ,Trevor and Bernard
he will be missed by his family and friends
