Harvey J. Bentlage, 74, of rural Corder, died at his home on April 24, 2012
He was born Nov. 1, 1937 in Lafayette County to William and Edna (Ellinghause) Bentlage.
After Harvey's father died in 1949, Roy Tempel took him under his wing and taught him about agriculture. Harvey farmed north of Corder for the past 53 years.
Harvey was also preceded in death by his father in 1949 and his mother in 1984.
He is survived by several cousins.
