Born in Oliver Township, Jefferson County, PA daughter of John R. & Martha Jane (Benton) Pantall. Bertha was the first wife of Dr. John E. Grube. They had one daughter Edna Lucile the wife of Streamer Clair Goheen. She died at the residence of her parents on West Mahoning Street after an illness of ten months. She was in the 29th year of age and leaves her husband and a daughter about six years old. Bertha was a member of the Baptist Church.
