Cora was the daughter of James David and Margaret "Maggie" (Adams) Blose. She married on June 4, 1917 Sanford Otto Grube. They resided about two miles east of Punxsutawney on the B-P Highway. Cora died in Adrian Hospital following an operation. She was a member of the Cloe Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her husband and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Sara Barefield, Evelyn and Sanford Otto Grube Jr all at home. One sister Mrs. Sara Wining of Youngstown, Ohio and three brothers, David Blose of Washington, D.C.; Richard of Rockville, MD and Herman of Hamilton are also living. Interment in Carey Cemetery (now Ridgemont).
