Clarence Palmer Buck was the son of William Lee Buck and Louisa Ritchie Buck. He worked as a teller at Security Trust Company. He married three times, first to Bessie G. Wright from whom he was divorced. They had one daughter, Frances Elizabeth Buck. Second, he married Margaretta McWilliams from whom he was divorced, and third, he married Mary Jane McWilliams, Margaretta's sister.
Clarence died at age 60 at the Delaware State Hospital.
