Sarah Meshaw Britt, 64, of 1275 Willoughby Road, Lumberton, died Wednesday at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Floyd Memorial Chapel, the Rev. Tim Tyner officiating. Burial will follow at Phillips family cemetery.
Britt was born August 15, 1938, in Robeson County to the late Eddie and Tessie Meshaw. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Candy Rose Nye Tedder.
Surviving are a son, James E. Nye of Raleigh; two brothers, John Meshaw and Edward Meshaw, both of Lumberton; a sister, Janice Laughridge of Denton; four grandchildren, Thomas Tedder, Melissa Nye, Jamie Nye and Devonna Nye; and a great-grandchild, Leanna Renee Nye.
The visitation will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Floyd Mortuary and Crematory.
