ARTHUR BECKER DIES; SERVICES TOMORROW
Former Memphian, 70, Had Been Living in Texas
Arthur H. Becker, a former Memphian, died about 2 yesterday morning in Wichita Falls, Texas, after a long illness. He was 70. Graveside services will be held at 11 tomorrow at Memorial Park with Dr. Donald Henning officiating. National Funeral Home is in charge.

Mr. Becker has lived with his daughter, Jane Adelaide Becker Wallace (Mrs. Charles William Wallace, Jr.) for the last nine years. Before that he was employed by J. H. Hamlen & Sons of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Born in Tremont, Illinois, he worked for Chicago Mill & Lumber Company at Vicksburg, Mississippi, before moving to Memphis about 1925. He was manager of Motor Wheel Corporation before he left in 1945.

He leaves three brothers:
Fred Becker of Indio, California
John Becker of Minier, Illinois
Frank Becker of Tremont, Illinois
Two grandchildren
