ELIZABETH JEAN CHOATE

Elizabeth Jean Choate, age 75 of Jamestown, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2004 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Choate was a member of the South Main Street Baptist Church.

Mrs. Choate is survived by three sons, Lyle Choate and wife Janie of Jamestown; Bill Choate and wife Kathy of Jamestown; and Richard Choate and wife Jean of Jamestown; seven children; and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Choate was preceded in death by her husband, Clay Choate Jr.

Funeral services were held Saturday, November 6, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. in Chapel of Mundy Funeral Home with Bro. Chester Rhoad officiating. Burial followed in the Stories Cemetery. Active pallbearers included Gerald Rains, Gabe Choate, Greg Choate, Adam Woody, Gary Dale West, and Richard Choate. Honorary pallbearers included grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mundy funeral home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of the services.
