Raymond H. Bayless, 97, born November 20, 1912 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to John William and Fannie (Hopper) Bayless. Raymond passed away Friday, November 5, 2010.

Raymond was the last survivor of 10 children including a twin brother. He graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1932 and attended business school in Tulsa. He married his high school sweetheart Louise Jones in 1935. She preceded him in death in 1994 after 59 years of marriage.

Raymond retired from Vinson Supply Company after 35 years as an accountant. He was a charter member of the Galilean class at First Christian Church in Tulsa.

He is survived by a daughter Christine (Burl) Nethercutt, grandchildren, Pamela Brice of Estes Park, Colorado and Stephen (Marible) Jeffery of Euless, Texas, six great grandchildren, Chase, Samuel, Benjamin, Audrey, Isa and Ian, sister-in-law Pauline Jones and many nieces and nephews. EVERYBODY LOVED RAYMOND, and he returned that love.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at the Ninde Brookside Chapel with Rev. Richard Ziglar officiating. Interment will be in the Floral Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
