She was a 1912 graduate of Morristown High School. She attended Central Normal College.
Lola married Vivian Beryl Hungate on September 24,1919.
They had two sons: William J. Hungate & Robert Hungate.
Five grandchildren & six great granchildren.
She was a member of the Shelby County Historical Society & the Indiana Society of Pioneers. She was a member of the Fountaintown United Methodist Church.
Lola died January 23,1979 at the Northside Health Care Center in Indianapolis. Frazier Funeral Home was in charge of the funeral arrangements. Rev. Clara Rippel officated the funeral. She was buried in the Fountaintown Cemetery.
