Wilda J. Anderson

CLYDE - Wilda J. Anderson, 76, Clyde, died Thursday, July 10, 1997, at Salina Regional Health Center. Mrs. Anderson was born Wilda J. Graham on April 4, 1921, north of Clifton and was a lifelong Clyde resident. She taught country schools in the Aurora, Ames, Joines and Clyde areas for seven years and was a homemaker. She was a member of United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, both of Clyde; Concordia Country Club Women’s Golf Association. She was a 50-year member and treasurer of Chapter AV of PEG Sisterhood and a former member of the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband, Clair of Clyde; a daughter, Cheryl Larmore of Elk Horn, Neb.; a son, Jim of Clyde; a sister, Marjorie Derusseau of Concordia; and five grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Clyde United Methodist Church, the Rev. C. Milton Lens officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Clyde.
Memorials may be made to the church or American Heart Association.
Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Sunday at Chaput Mortuary, 310 Washington, Clyde 66938
