Viola Sheets
Viola Sheets, 88, of Fulton, died Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at Fulton Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born July 23, 1919, in Callaway County, to the late Lester and Bertha (Salmons) Potts. She married Stanley Sheets on October 15, 1948, in Fulton. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include a nephew, Dale L. "Bud", and a brother, Bernard.
Mrs. Sheets retired from the shoe factory after 20 years and later went to work for the Fulton State Hospital for 20 years. She was a member of the Church of God Holiness.
Services are at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Debo Funeral Home in Fulton, with Rev. Kenneth Peterson officiating. Burial will be in Callaway Memorial Gardens. Visitation is from noon until time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
