Taylor County Star-News Fri 10 Apr 1908 Medford WI Mrs A McIntyre was called from this life yesterday morning at 3 oclock at the home of her daughter Mrs FM Perkins with whom she had lived for a number of years. She had reached the advanced age of 76 years and had been in very poor health a number of years. She will always be kindly remembered by the early residents of Medford as she has lived here for 30 years. Mrs McIntyre was born in NY state and on August 19 1950 was wedded to JR Loveless in the town of Montello (Monticello) Sullivan Co NY. 2 daughters Mrs Alice Thompson of Pioche NV & Mrs FM Perkins of this city. Mr Loveless died at Winneconne WI in April 1872. The deceased's second marriage was on Nov 13 1875 to A McIntyre at Winneconne. They came to Medford in 1878. Mr McIntyre died here on April 4 1895. 3 brothers and 2 sisters of Mrs McIntyre survive: Chas Soper, James Soper, Mrs B Carpenter and Mrs Munson of DePere and Jos Soper of Fond du Lac. FW McIntyre of Eagle River, an adopted son, is also living. Funeral services will be held at the home Saturday afternoon at 2 oclock. Rev LH Skidmore officiating.
