Daniel Lee Bollmer, age 71, of Tuscumbia, passed away Monday, April 1, 2013. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Shoals Catholic Church with Father Don Forsythe officiating. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Mr. Bollmer was originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He worked as an accountant and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Helen Bollmer.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Radel Bollmer, of Tuscumbia, Ala.; son, Jeffery Bollmer (Lori), of Dacula, Ga.; daughters, Lisa Heyden (Oscar Jordan), of Danville, Ala., Julie Shelly (David), of Madison, Ala., Valerie Mandeville (Don), of Harvest, Ala., Regina Lias (Steve), of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; brothers, Bernard Bollmer (Carol), of Cincinnati, Ohio, Timothy Bollmer (Linda), of Cincinnati, Ohio; sisters, Pam Feichtner (Dennis), of Bennington, Ind., Kim Bray, of Cincinnati, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Mandeville, Joseph Mandeville, Andrew Bollmer, Sean Heyden, Zachary Lias, Dylan Lias and Matthew Shelly.
