IMPORTANT NOTICE: FIND-A-GRAVE has just been purchased by Ancestry.com, which is a site with a hefty membership fee. I have contributed photos and information to this site out of love and joy, NOT for Ancestry's profit. I hereby announce that I claim copyright on ALL the photos I have contributed to this site, and you may ONLY duplicate them or use them on your site with my permission. I will be migrating to another site in the near future.

I have always loved old cemeteries, even as a kid. I find that they provide a profound sense of the eternal.
I love volunteering because of the blessing I received when Glenn Russell put a record of my nearly-lost ancestors, Patrick and Margaret Malone. Having those dates - with the name and date of their son John Malone, opened a floodgate of documents and links! (THANKS AGAIN, GLENN!!)
Recently I developed an interest in capturing stones with pictures of the deceased; I find these are a favorite target of vandals and we must save them while we can.
I live in Northern Indiana and can shoot pics in South Bend, Mishawaka, and nearby areas. Please feel free to use any of my photos. No need to credit me but please do credit Find a Grave.
Happy to transfer upon request anyone who is not in my ancestral line.

Interests: Barrett, Malone (New York, New England, Ireland and England)
Brabant (Quebec, New England, New York)
Webster, Foglesong, Baxter (Indiana)
Baxter, Bennet (Ohio)
