I hope, when I die, ya'll don't link me to my Ex.

I LOVE OBITUARIES, POST THEM!!! But they are a secondary source of information.

I can not, in good conscience, make a change based on a Geneanet Community Trees Index. Like an obit, and even a death certificate, it is only as accurate as the informant thinks it is.

If you find I've made an error, be kind. I make mistakes too. But I strive for accuracy. It's important.
I think that I am rather transfer friendly, after all, I can't take them with me... Just ask.

I AM NOT RELATED to anyone in CYPRESS LAWN.
Thousands of "Cremations Only" were added to Cypress Lawn's Find a Grave site by one contributor. Many of these folks are actually scattered in the Bay or elsewhere or interred in another cemetery or still sitting on the mantle at home.
Inurnment is different than interment. Cypress Lawn was the main Crematory. Colma has at least 18 cemeteries near Cypress Lawn.
Wouldn't you rather find the truth than go on believing something that is not? Do the research. Make the phone call. Here's their number... (650) 755-0580.
I appreciate your open-mindedness.

* NOTE - The Laurel Hill Mound photos are just that. The lawn section where 35,000 souls are in a Mass Reinterment Site. Removals from Laurel Hill Cemetery in San Francisco. No one is marked in that section of the cemetery. No one has an individual plot location. All Lawn.
I have permission from the three photographers to use their photos.
Cathy took photos specifically for me to use. That was so sweet, thank you.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO ANYTHING I HAVE AND COPY IT TO WHEREVER YOU WISH. You need not ask for my permission. And although it may be polite, you need not give me the original credit. Whatever I post, whatever site I post it on, I do it so you will find it, love it, and use it for your own. Free of charge. It's a gift. I will TRANSFER a memorial without giving you the third degree about whether you are worthy or not. (Unless of course they are of my direct line, please understand.) Just ask me, go ahead. I'm pretty easy to get along with. :0)

If you are researching folks in Nevada County, California, I recommend you visit
Doris Foley Library - https://www.mynevadacounty.com/337/Doris-Foley-Library-for-Historical-Resea
in Nevada City. They have a vast amount of historical records.

GREENWOOD MEMORIAL GARDENS in Grass Valley, CA was a project that lasted a few years. We walked, raked, used a metal detector, dug, researched, documented, made new maps, had a really good time. Thanks Mary Lou. I sure miss you!

Life's short. Play nice. Practice random acts of kindness. Stress is optional. Thank you, all you other Find-A-Grave volunteers! You are so awesome!!!
