I retired from my career as a medical transcriptionist in 2008, and now work in the Foster Grandparent program, donating 20 hours per week at a local elementary school, primarily working with children in grades 3-5. I love helping the children find joy and satisfaction in learning and nurturing their innate desire to do well.
