Emma Maline (Campbell) Norwood
I am so grateful to you for posting Emma's headstone. She is my great grandmother, who lived in Nevada, became the first female postmaster in the state, contracted TB, and quit her job, took her four children to Los Angeles looking for a cure. She died less than a year after moving to LA. She had a tough but interesting life and I'm so glad she's memorialized. Thank you so much!!!

So sorry, Tony, it's been too long. I do recall that I worked the section of flat tablets in that Jewish section surrounded by a hedge that Estelle Getty is in. Around the time that was posted but can't be sure, James

Columbarium at HF
Today was the 2nd attempt to get into the Columbarium - I arrived at 10:45 and a service was at 11:00. One of my claims will expire tomorrow and the other one on Monday. This may be a case for Sir Romper - weather looks too hot for me for the near future. I'm going to cancel my claims and tell him to claim them.

I was wanting to know where you found information of her playing featured spots on vaudeville stages and if there's any photos of her. Her grandfather Henry Sisson was my 3rd great grandfather, through from her Uncle Charles' line.

Hey Tony, I tried to find May Moran and Rose Ostrow today. I even had the groundsmen help me but to no avail. I think they are unmarked but I sent you edits with their locations and perhaps Jim will have better luck. James

Your suggestion has been added. Do take a look at all the "photos"--there are two additional ones that do not appear unless a link is followed. Have you seen the obituary? ;)
