Hi,

There were several requests for cemetery photos. I'm sorry but I'm in a power chair and have no way to get to a cemetery. If I could, I sure would, I really miss being able to go.

When my husband was with me, he would take me where ever I wanted to go and we'd have picnics and spend the day hunting for ancestors.
One day we were looking for this cemetery, we couldn't find the road it was on. We stopped in this little country store and I asked the lady who was working there if she knew where it was. She said something like it was back that way, pointing back in the direction we had just come from and told us where to turn on to the road. She said it was on the left side of the road up on a hill where all the dead people were buried. I thanked her, all the while trying to hold back the laughter. I got in the car and still holding back the laughter, I told my husband to just drive back where we had seen these horse stables and to turn right and that it was on the left side of the road, up on a hill where all the dead people were buried. I was laughing so hard I could hardly get the words out. I don't think I ever heard him laugh that hard. Well after all of that we did find the cemetery.

I've been doing genealogy since 1979. After my dad died, I realized I didn't know much about the family.

I'm from Indiana but after my husband died I moved to Kentucky where my sister was living. So now I spend time putting family info on here and work on my tree. I feel it's an act of love and I can come to visit any time I want.



I also write poetry and make jewelry, flower arrangements.

I'm researching McColley/Sosbe, Neal/Baughman, Trees, Hills, Trowbridge, Branyan, Hook, Yemmons, Johnson, all kinds of spellings for Sosbe, plus more. It was exciting to find out I'm related to Cindy Crawford and also Drew Carey, Debbie Reyonlds and I heard Chuck Norris is also related and they are all related to each other.
