Unmarked graves in unknown cemeteries are rapidly becoming a I've been doing genealogy since 1995. I have a DNA TEST and family tree at Ancestry. I've put memorials on F-A-G mostly from SE Alabama and northern Ga. I've found cemeteries in old fields and one back in the woods which requires crossing two creeks on a four wheel drive. It took about three years to find that cemetery after learning of its existence. Genealogy has taught me a lot of history and geography along with learning how to find townships and land from old records.
My ancestors include Cotton of Va in Rev War times,Wilkes Co., Ga and Randolph Co., Ga.Cottons of Wilkes Co. went to west Ga and east AL then some to Tx. Randolph Co., Ga. Cottons went to southeast AL, Tx, and Colorado. Wilkes, Brooks, May, Lavender, Baker, Salter, Dubose, Godwin, Couillandeau of France and many others. Researching Coffee County Alabama, Southeast Alabama, the Southern US, confederate states and anything of interest. I'll add details of lines as time goes on.
We need an e-mail to request and get real help in using Findagrave. The old website was much easier to use. I have a hard time finding a cemetery or adding a memorial on the hew site.

I'm glad to see maps are back on Find-a-grave. I have found the location of several on the internet but I don't know how to add them to my memorials.
