Find A Grave Memorial# 79822513

I am sorry to say that, I have a very active contributor to Find A Grave, that I have contacted several different times to transfer Find A Grave Memorial# 79822513 and Find A Grave Memorial# 79822479. They both are the mother and father of Natalie Fern STEPP Phelps, born April 9, 1929 in Louisville KY. I have extensive changes to make to these 2 memorials for my living mother, with family history that will boost the memorials of both my grandfather and grandmother. Please help.

Ok,
I am not interested in a merge on my family history, but my plans were to transfer any site back to the person that took the picture of the stones. You might have walked and taken pictures, but I was walking the Libraries and Courthouse floors of coping records. Please remove all and any photos and records of all.

Thank you for your time,
Ed Phelps

David W. Carpenter
Hi, I created a memorial for Harriett J. Carpenter wife of David W. Carpenter. You have posted the picture on David. Could you please post the picture on Harriett J. Armstrong Carpenter. I linked them but her's does not have a picture. Thanks,
Gina Carpenter

This is my husband's family that has many people interred at Fair View. If you would like to transfer David's Memorial I would be happy to take care of it.

Bernard W. Clear
Stone maker has both of Bernard's dates incorrect. Census data & death cert. support a birth yr. of 1850 & death year of 1920.
Thx, George

Barbara & John Plaiss
Hi Douser,
Nice work in Fairview. My 4x Great Grandparents are Johann & Marie Flock, Flock Family cemetery in Corydon (16+ children). Their daughter, Anna Barbara Flock Plaiss (John Plaiss) had roughly 15 children, 10 of which are buried in Floyd/Harrison CO. I'm tying together about 4 generations of Barbara & John's descendants in Fairview, Kraft, Edwardsville ect. Sorry to hit you with so many edits. Should finish up most of the edits in the next week or so.
Thanks,
George

Grave noted
Hi Douser,
I see you have a grave listed, Earl Louis Howard, Sr. at Sellersburg Cemetery. That is incorrect. That is my father and he is not buried there. Sorry for the mix up. As you don't have a picture of the gravesite, only the picture of the Cemetery sign, i am curious how you connected it to my father. Thank you and have a blessed day.
Sincerely, Karen Larkin

Minnie Clements
Hi Douser
I am one of Adolph & Lela Pospisil's granddaughters. My brother and I found this Headstone after a lot of looking. Could you please note somewhere on this page that there is a misspelling of their last name. The proper way is: POSPISIL

Thanks so much for your help on this record.

All of the information. I am so sorry. I saw the gravestone and thought it was him. But I have since found his death certificate saying he was buried in Mount Calvary cemetery.

Ugh! She got around! I think I will just give her a "pass" in terms of the Shouse history book. Thanks for all your information, it has been most helpful. I don't think I would have un-covered all those marriages on my own.

Annie Shouse
Again, thank you for replying and sending the correct way to get to IN death certificates. I got there, and the certificate is for Annie Evelyn SPURGEON Shouse, not Anna Stickan. Granted the Ancestry link sends you to the Stickan grave, but I believe that is a bad link. The husband, Woodson Shouse, also causes problems, as the only Woodson known is in KY, not IN. I appreciate your help and will work on this to see if I can solve it.

RE: Annie Shouse
Thanks for the reply. I think she died in IN, as she is buried there, but all I find on Ancestry are deaths up to 1920 and she died in 1948. Is there a record on there that I'm missing? All I keep finding is an Annie who married an Applegate. But he died before 1940 so she could have married a Shouse after 1940. But I can't find that either.

William Gohmann
# 69717407
I an a novice at researching grave sites. But I am not sure if this is memorial has the wrong linage connected to it.
Is the text at the top the Obituary?
My great grandfather was Romanus Gohmann (#64310815). The text lists Charles, Edward (Edmund), John and Arthur as surviving sons.

The Text on #69717407 Arthur J Gohmann, lists Brothers Edmond,Charles, and John. The siblings list does not include them. The parents list Is for Frank Henry Gohmann.

I have old family photos I am trying to identify. Some of them have been written on. While Arthur is not written on any of them, a John B Gohmann is along with George and Gary. These three seem to match sites in Iowa. A Johm Gohmann in Iowa is listed in the Text for Arthur J.
Thank you.
