RE: Unknown Cemetery
I'll try that one then. Just didn't want to make the trip and have to go to all of the ones in Houston County. It might be that it is an adjoining county, but I thought I'd start there.
Thanks so much.

Family Group around picnic table
I was looking at Maud P. Kirksey's find a grave. You posted pictures and they are great. Have you had the one of CC, Maud and Vera taken around 1918 touched up by a photo shop? I was also wondering who are in the group photo, do you have their names?
You have done a wonderful job on the Kirksey's family and relatives. Judy Standridge Jones

Dr. Grady B. Lake and Birtie Laree Harris Lake
Carol Anne,
Thank you so much for the sweet poem, and beautiful picture, and their grave photos. I have never seen this photo of my grandfather, Dr. GB Lake, a dentist in Crockett Texas for 60 years. Grady and Birtie were both very active in the First Christian Church in Crockett and in the community all their lives.
Again thank you so much!! Elsie Anne Lake Berry-

Carol: Thank you for the area posted where Samuel Monroe Fleming, and wife-Bertha Word were buried in Live Oak Cemetery in McCulloch County. It seems as though this family wasn't interested in marking for remembrance where their lived ones were buried.

Carol: I appreciate the time and effort in searching the Live Oak Cemetery for the photo requests of Pete King (#69674198) & Clarence M. Fleming (#163251245). I am sorry I sent you on a wild goose chase!! I think you did the right thing by posting your search on the flowers & notes section. Now others won't request a photo.
Thank you for volunteering as a findagrave photographer.

Would you by chance know if Melba Joyce Stewart (68557411) was married to Leland Merle Johnson before she married Vencie Lee Beard?

Raymond Snider
Thank you for taking the picture of Raymond Snider's grave. He was my great uncle. He was suppose to take over the family business when his father died an untimely death, but unfortunately he died young too. My grandfather ended u dropping out of school to take over the business.

Thank you for your feedback regarding their grave markers, and for your time and efforts as a contributor.

Laura & Rachael Wilson Benton
I've been remiss in thanking you for the photos of their grave markers; I was focused on the one for Murrell Benton and overlooked theirs. It appears that the three burials have been marked as one site, with fragments of illegible stones marking them. I'm curious as to how you were able to identify them ...

Pearl remarried Ludewick. She passed away in Texas but was buried with Mr Ludewick in Illinois. She and Mr Ludewick raised my mother. I personally knew Pearl. I have her family bible. I'm trying to find name of BR Reeves parents

RE: B. R. Reeves
Thank you Carol.

Do you know who the keeper of the cemetery records may be?

Added by Charlsey on Jul 05, 2017 10:42 AM

B. R. Reeves

You left a flower memorial on Find A Grave Memorial# 24982658
for my great grandfather B R Reeves buried in Oakwood Cemetery. I am trying to locate information on his parents.
Are you related or have information on him? I have tried to track down info through the cemetery but no luck.
Thank you
