|SHaley||Clark and Camp|
Thanks for linking these family members. The Camps have proven to be one of the more challenging lines. We are cousins through the Clark family. Distant, but related.

Hello, and thank you for your question. This couple puzzles me. The picture is from a family album I inherited which identified the couple. I wish I could learn more about them, particularly my Great-Great-Aunt Nettie (Shippee) Heaton. Warmly, Wilma Ann

I have removed the photo as you requested. You may want to contact the individual who created the entry and requested the photo to have the memorial amended to include the correct burial location.

You have an obit in the picture section of this site which Find A Grave says not to do. I have printed out the obit and would be glad to type it out if you get the person to take down the obit in the picture section. I would give him credit for the obit.
Just let me know

Hello Jim, thank you for pointing this out. You're absolutely correct and I have deleted the photo. If you would like me to get a location photo, or group photo, of where Sarah's grave would have been just let me know. Jennifer

Think you may have this fella attached to the wrong family. I show that his father is David and mother Elizabeth Raymond. Additionally, I believe he was born in Chittenden, VT.

|MLW||Edward Nelson - Riverside Cem. Ironwood, MI|
Hello Jim. I couldn't (then) fill your request for a photo of the grave of Edward Nelson. His Interment Record lists no block or lot. I double checked today and looked up Minnie. Bingo! No lot, but she is buried in Block 7. Period. No Lot. I will add the best I could do and the next time I am there I will try to get at an angle where the writing is a little clearer. One side is totally weather worn, while the other shows Nelson and I see a 2 and part of a date. This is exactly where Minnie is. I will check the Lot records the next time I am at the courthouse and make sure that Edward is here in this space, too, but I rather suspect it is him and will add his pic, too. If you would like these taken down, please let me know and I can email you the close-ups if you like. Lynn

You're welcome. The cemetery is undergoing a beautiful restoration thanks to the work of Find-A-Grave member Michael Angelicola. Until recently Aaron Warner's headstone was unreadable. I'm glad you liked the pictures. JIM

You're welcome. Phebe's headstone is directly to the right as you enter the cemetery. Their are other Ford family members next to her, I'll add those as well.

You are very welcome. Happy to do it.

I uploaded a photo of Cyrus's grave today. I alerted the memorial's creator that the stone says he died in 1959, not 1958 as the memorial indicates. I also asked him to add biographical information I received from an obituary that was placed on the cemetery's burial plot card for him. Unfortunately, the obituary was not dated, nor was the source newspaper identified. I have a photo of the actual obituary if you would like me to send it to you via email. Find-A-Grave does not allow posting of actual news clippings without permission. The material I asked to be included in his bio follows:
Cyrus T. Camp, 408 Avenue A Northeast, Winter Haven, Fla., who died Friday evening, was born in Midland, Mich., December 9, 1891, a son of George R. and Cynthia Hamilton Camp. Mr. Camp had been a photographer in Ypsilanti for 35 years retiring in 1935. He married Bertha Horton in Ypsilanti on August 12, 1922. He was a member of the First Methodist Church of Ypsilanti, a past member of the Ypsilanti Rotary Club and president of the Winter Haven Tourist Club in 1952, 1953, and 1957. At the time of his death, his children included a daughter, Mrs. F. D. Gingrich, Fort Wayne, Ind. and a son, Dr. Donald Camp, Niles, Mich.; six grandchildren; two brothers, J. Arthur Camp, Ypsilanti, and Ernest Camp, Midland, Mich.; and a sister, Mrs. J. Williams, Belleville, Mich. Funeral services were held at the Stevens and Bush Funeral Home, with Dr. W. Clyde Donald officiating.
Hope this helps!
