We have been working genealogy for over 25 years.

The web address is not my personal home page its where I spend most of my time.
My email is; marinersknoll(at)marinersknoll.org

If you are interested in one of the memorials, at St. Joseph's OLD Cemetery, Wayland, NY, please send me an email with the name of the person you are requesting included. I will get back to you as soon as I can. I have photographed all of the headstones in the cemetery and with the exception of persons still living, ALL are posted on the memorial. If there isn't a photo on the memorial of a headstone, there isn't a headstone for that person. Plot numbers for this cemetery are not recorded anywhere except with ME. So if you need info about a plot number, please feel free to ask me.
First digit is the section number 1-4. Sections are numbered East to West starting at Deiter Rd.
Next 2 digits are the row number, also numbered East to West, except for section 4 which the rows are numbered North to South from State Route 63.
The 4th digit is 1 or 2 letters. If there are more than 24 graves in a row there are 2 letters and the first is either A or B. (I & O are skipped). Headstones in each row are number from the driveway across back of the cemetery, toward State Route 63 except section 4. Where graves are lettered West to East starting from the backside of section 3.
If there is another digit at the end of the plot number, there are more than 2 names/graves on the same headstone or in the plot. Again, if you have a question about plot numbers, please email ME. NB: The Parish Office has NO info about plot numbers at this cemetery.

In St. Joseph's New Cemetery & St. Pius V New Cemetery in Cohocton, the plots are numbered simply Sect ... Then a Roman Numeral .. I. II, III, ect. Then a one - three digit number for the site & last the grave number. In St. Joseph's they go from 1 thru 8. At St.Pius they are numbered sequentially thru the section.

If I send you an edit and you decline it, I will do my best NOT to bother you ever again. Its not my fault if you can't be bothered to check out my source, which is most always the website below.

If I suggest additional info or a Photo, its not a request a memorial transfer.
If you do transfer the memorial to me, I will transfer it back to you.
