|james robinson||RE: William OdyKirk|
Hi Bill, My Dad was adopted by William Raymond Robinson Sr. when he was a teenager. He was the son of Maude Marie (Odykirk) McGarey and Raymond Earl Robinson. Maude being the Daughter of William A. Odykirk. Not related by blood per say, but invested by choice. I was around 16 before I knew my dad was adopted. My Grandpa Robinson was the only grandfather I knew. I never met my Dad's biological father. I visited with my Grandma Odykirk several times in Pellston and grew up knowing many members of the Odykirk family. I saw on your Bio that Pemberton was one of the last names that you are researching so I'm thinking your tie to the Odykirk family was with the marriage of Amanda Pemberton and William B. Odykirk. On my travels throughout the cemeteries of Michigan I visited, took Pictures and created Find A Grave pages for any of the Odykirk family I was able to locate and see I tied them into many of the pages you had already created. Glad to meet you, we may not be related by blood, but share a common passion. Take Care, Jim

|Susan||Lucy Woloszyk Otremba #142743563|
I think that Lucy Woloszyk Otremba may be attached to the incorrect parents. I think that she should be attached to Lawrence Woloszyk (123757045) and Julia Klimaszewski Nowicki Woloszyk (123756960). You can find her on the 1920 Census in Hamtramck, but the family name is grossly misspelled. She also on the 1930 Census with Lawrence and Julia in Metz, Presque Isle, Michigan.
Please let me know what you find. I have been working on the Presque Isle tree for about 4 years, connecting the families and seeing which ones I am connected to. Thank you for your time with this matter.

Since you are very familiar with the Woodlawn Cemetery in Jackson MI, I wonder if you can find more information on my father-in-law, David Delph. He passed away in 1967 and I believe he was buried near several family members (Benjamin, ET, Henry, Alice Mallory) in that same cemetery. The short story is my husband never knew his father but was told he spent time with him when he was an infant. He passed away when my husband was 1 1/2. We are unsure of his birth and death date and wondered if you had access to that information.

hello bill, just found this listing you added for my ancestor buried in the "prince" cemetery in cherokee, lawrence county, kentucky and noticed you have his parents listed as john william prince and mary giles. do you have any kind of documentation for this info as i do not have this same info: i have his parents as: william prince and rachel murphy. there are to my knowledge at this time approx. 3 different prince family lines and because of this the 2 men (william and john william) and their families are always getting tangled together. would be interested in any info you might have.

Hi. This is my great grandfather. I have been to Bell cemetery many times. My cousins Mark built the new cement stones and my husband built the split level fence around Antoine's grave.
I just wondered how you obtained the information about the drowning. I knew it happened but I was unaware of the information about Roger's City. Is there information available> There used to be a book in the light house that contained the story but last time I was there, they said it wasn't there any more and I should check the museum down the road. I didn't get time so I wondered if you had seen it.
Thanks. Yvonne Arnold

We just got back from our vacation yesterday.
Have these two memorials been moved (I don't see them listed in TN.). Should I go ahead and make memorials for them in this new cemetery and then delete the ones at Roseland. Also, will their grave-markers be moved also or should I re-locate the markers?

That's okay. I'm not about numbers. I just like the information to be "out there" for others who want to know about their family.

I will delete mine. Thanks. Find a grave goes by the numbers; which one was first. Helen

Hi! Thanks for your photos. However, there is a mistake in relationships. If you are the one who connected Charlotte Cook to William Cook as a spouse, please know that she is actually Charlotte (Cook) Cobb, wife of William Cobb and daughter of William Cook. If you could make that change I would appreciate it very much. See http://livingston.migenweb.net/parshallville/cem_tombstone_reading.htm.
Thanks, Beverly Royer

|Colleen Sanders Broyles||Carol Davis Jenkins memorial|
I just got an SAC stating that the burial that I have for Ms Jenkins at Crown Hill has the wrong cemetery....that's when I noticed that you are sponsoring her memorial! Because you have done this would you like for me to transfer her to your care? Also I sent back a message saying I would need proof of a different burial location before I changed it.

I might be able to fill this request as well. I wasn't aware this site was even there, so I wonder if you could provide a few more details about where it is in relation to the cemetery or other landmarks.

|Anonymous IV||Bell photos|
I've uploaded the photos for the two memorials I added to Bell Cemetery. I think you're right about the "Clark" stone belonging to Mary Clark -- it's not easy to read but you can just make it out. I'll go ahead and upload that, although I might eventually try for a better photo. I was getting eaten alive by mosquitoes the day I snapped those pictures, ha ha.

|Anonymous IV||RE: Bell Cemetery|
I'm afraid I don't have any additional info about the folks I added but I do have pictures of their grave stones, which I intend to upload when I get a chance.
There was a third stone with a name, which may or may not be different from one of those on the modern marker. It seems to be a "Clark", but unless I can make out the first name I'll hold off creating a new memorial -- it might simply be the original marker of one of the Clarks already memorialized. (It's not the best picture, either. I might go back and try to take another.)
There are also a number of cross-shaped markers with no names on them, but unless someone back in the day made a map, it's impossible to tell to whom they belong. Might you have any information regarding the cemetery's plot layout?

|Donna||RE: Prince Family|
it appears as though we may be related. i have a tree on ancestry and i will go on in a day or so and check out the info you gave me and see if i can tweak it out a little and give you more info. my direct line comes from william and rachel murphy/prince. there is alot of controversy about those 2 and if there is any if at all connections to john william prince married to mary giles. my prince family came from virginia then to lawrence county, ky. i believe there is a connection to the georgia and south carolina families. let me get a little more info to give you and i will get back to you. you can email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
thanks for contacting me,
