I began doing a family tree in 2010. I had help from an ancestor who compiled info on our family from his arrival in the US up to 1937. However, the part of the family who stayed in New York has been hard to try to reach or find. I have photographed all of our stones in the Lincoln Township Cemetery and Arvonia cemetery. I am an early retiree due to injuries from my career as a registered nurse and a teacher. Now I have time to do the genealogy and take pictures. Hope to find out more about the family who stayed in the East!

Persons requesting photos. I do have back problems so. . . if the weather in Kansas is bad-- as in blinding snowstorms or weather above 105 degrees--at those times, I will not be going out for photos!!:) Hopefully I will have photos on file within a week of receiving the request. Anyone for whom I have taken photos are more than welcome to use these photos on any site which will allow photos that you have not taken. I see no reason for someone to have to re-take a photo. Please feel to use the photos for any of your family work. Cheryl
