I did not include the link to your source, as find-a-grave does not allow outside links.

No, I haven't used WikiTree, at least not very much. I seem to remember creating a free account, but I never really explored the site.

RE: Anna Belle McNemar Cunningham Forinash Lowther
Thanks for getting back with me! Deanna is my first cousin once removed (the daughter of my first cousin Carl Cunningham, who I met at the Green Hill Memorial Day gathering in 2015). I don't think we've met in person, but we've exchanged messages a few times. We're also friends on Facebook.

You and I are undoubtedly related in some way, through Anna Belle, but it might take some work to figure out the exact relationship. In the meantime, I've sent you an "official" invitation via the Ancestry Web site to look at my family tree there, in case there's anything there that might be of use to you. I sent the invitation to the e-mail address you have listed here on Find A Grave.

Re: Anna Belle "Annie" McNemar Forinash Lowther
Thanks for suggesting the edit to add Anna Belle "Annie" McNemar Forinash Lowther as the mother of Leonidas Frederick "Fred" Cunningham. I just accepted the change. Out of curiosity, do you have any personal connection to either individual? Leonidas Cunningham was my grandfather on my father's side and Anna Belle McNemar was my great-grandmother. I'm always looking for new family connections! Larry

Walker memorial Cemetery
Walker Memorial Cemetery at Summersville is the old Groves Cemetery. Old death records do say Groves Cemetery, but the name today and the name on Find A Grave is Walker Memorial Cemetery, and that's where you will find the graves of those people I mentioned in an earlier message. It is NOT the same cemetery as Walker Cemetery at Tipton or Birch River.

James Neil Walker is buried at Walker Memorial Cemetery at SUMMERSVILLE, Nicholas County, WV. NOT Walker Cemetery at Birch River.
Hiram D Walker and Ida Belle Walker are also buried at Walker Memorial Cemetery, NOT Groves/Rader.
Walker Memorial is the old Groves Cemetery at Summersville and this may have caused the confusion.

RE: 115884552 Elnora Hick Walker
Elnora is buried at Walker Memorial Cemetery, Summersville, Nicholas County, WV. NOT Walker Cemetery at Tipton. Elnora, James and Paul are all buried together.

Thank you for the edit. I obviously pasted the bio I was sent without reading carefully.

RE: Gibson
You had what appeared to be an unanswered question regarding the actual county in 1790, (due to a guardianship which took place in Randolph county) between Randolph and neighboring counties. So I looked it up in one of my books and gave you a response.
This was on one of the Fields family members sites.

Just trying to be helpful.

you are very welcome :) Wish the photos were better! I took them back when I first started doing the picture taking for Findagrave and was using an Iphone 3! I've been going back randomly retaking those so when I get to this one again I'll be sure to send you a message!

Hi there. I have sent you 2 mails with details of all headstones in Moate and of additional burials without headstones. Unfortunately the person you are looking for does not seem to be there.

But I did read your script and you mention Carlow which is now Westmeath. Maybe you have a mix up as Westmeath was never known as Carlow. Carlow is in a totally different location and still exists. They are about 80 km apart.

In 1790 Randolph Co,VA encompassed about 2/3 of Barbour county, WV, All of Tucker co, WV, 90% of Upshur co, WV, Most of Webster co,WV, and about a quarter of Pocahontas co,WV(current counties)

RE: 132097837 Mary Ashland
Hi Toots,

If I understand you correctly, the link you created to Mary Ashland is the link that works. If that's the case, there would be no need for you to even consider deleting it - because the only thing that I was asking was for you to delete the link which causes the 'Memorial Not Found' page to be displayed. The 'Memorial Not Found' page is often seen after someone has requested that a Memorial be removed by Find A Grave web site personnel. However, when the Mary Ashland Stout duplicate was removed, the link was not completely removed from Joseph Stout's Memorial.

When any memorial is removed - for whatever reason - it is never put back into place. So, the best course of action is to remove any existing links to the 'Memorial Not Found' memorial.

RE: 83791331 Margaret Skidmore
I haven't been able to retrieve the obituary on Margaret Skidmore Floyd which would have more family information. It would be in the Sunday edition (Aug 7, 1977)and it isn't available on line.

I looked for information on Thornton Guy Floyd and I found an obit on "Guy Floyd" - dates match those on Thornton Guy Floyd.

I wonder if Guy and Margaret were divorced?

It appears Guy had a second marriage to Ruth Werkman who died August 20, 1961. Her obit doesn't list any surviving children.

I'll send you the 2 obituaries I found.

Henry P. Moss

I believe that Henry P. Moss is the son of Pleasant and Elizabeth Moss.
All buried in the same cemetery in Weston, WV.
I believe Henry to be my 3 times great grandfather.

Thank you,
Robyn (Moss) Myers

Gabrilla Dennison Linger
Your memorial 115270637 for Gabrilla "Gabie" Dennison Linger gives the following inf.
She married Claude Linger, son of Nicholas Washington and Gabrilla King Linger, on Jan 13 1904. This is not correct. She was the third wife of Nicholas Washington Linger whom she married on 1/13/1940. She had two children with Nicholas. They were Claude R. 1905-1975 and Violet Estelle 1906-1983.

RE: Angeline Cutright
Toots, I checked as many marriage/death, etc. records on this family I could. I see how you could think the name might be Simmons. There was an equal number showing Simmons as well as Lemmons (no dot over the "I" though. However, the determining factor was the tombstone for her father and brother, J. B., which both show the name as Lemon/Lemmons. So I have to stick with that.

Appreciate your suggestion though. I'm always glad to check things out.
