I often take photos of a stone because it's beautifully carved and add it to the database. I'm always willing to transfer any people that are not my relatives.

I'm not hung up on copyright of my photos. Feel free to use them at will. Give me credit if you want, not if you don't.
I think putting one's own name or logo on a pic is tacky and detracts from the picture. Your submitted name link is directly under the picture. Why be boastful? It's not about you, but about the deceased after all. :-)
