Family names that we are researching: Manus, Deas, Wilson, and Cline along with Mullis, Herrin, Lambert and Huneycutt. Most of these families are from Cabarrus, Stanly, and Union County in North Carolina. We're also researching the Garrow/Gareau, Therrien, Erhard, Breidenstein, Schwartz, Orgeck and Schnepple families from the New England area. |
I will gladly transfer outside the boundaries of Find A Grave to anyone with a connection. Please don't hesitate to ask, I believe that family and friends should maintain memorials. If the memorial is in my family tree, I will transfer management if you are closer related than I.

|Ian Macaulay||thank you|
Thank you for the Roy Mcauley Photo from Roper Grove. That name has been changed so many times. Its great to finally have it in Stone. The Photo is now in the family files and will lock down the name.

Thank you so much. I was born and raised in Troy, Montgomery County, North Carolina but my parents are gone and it is years before I have a chance to get back there.
I really appreciate the effort on your part. I had been down to Hammer Creek and went over the cemetery but I knew I missed some of the tombstones that I was looking for.
Thanks again and I really, really appreciate your time and effort.
Cave Spring, GA but born and raised in Troy, NC.
I just saw your note and added her. Now to find her family!

|Joseph StCloud Irwin||Frances Cooper Wood|
Not related by blood by namesake for Dr StCloud
Cooper here in Fort Smith Arkansas. My mother
and his daughter were the best of friends like
sisters as my mother had three brothers. Dr
StCloud Cooper was to deliver my birth on a
Monday morning in 1930 but he died on Saturday
night.Because of the close relation with the
Cooper family, my middle name is St Cloud. Last
month the descendants of his daughter saw my
name on Find A Grave and asked if I was kin to the Cooper
family. We have been sharing Cooper genealogy
that has been very rewarding and much history.
A branch of the family settled in Hawaii and
ministered to the Leper Colony. This far more
than you wanted to know about the Cooper's but
to me, this is what makes Find A Grave so rewarding. For
the record there were a gaggle of Coopers from
early New York & New England . All on Find A Grave
