Bio

Greetings. My name is Jennifer. I have been highly interested in genealogy since I was in my teens. My grandmother started researching her family in the early 1990's and my mother started working on my grandfather's side shortly before in the 1980s. I use to take my grandmother to a library in Detroit and we would look on microfiche at the censuses and other documents we could find through the Burton Collection. My parents even went to Waterford County, Ireland to look up family records in the 1990's. I looked through hours of records in the early 2000's. My grandmother passed away in 2004, but she passed her love for genealogy on to my mother and me. My mom continues her research on ancestry and I use FamilySearch through Latter Day Saints. I have also submitted my DNA to Ancestry and 23 and Me. I added most of the Memorials and pictures to Find A Grave in 2005.
