I have been researching my family tree for the past 30 years and over that time I have come to realize the importance of a headstone. The wealth of information I have obtained from them is immense, so I am happy that I am able to share some of the hundreds of headstone photos that I have gathered over the years from the many cemeteries I have visited here in Newfoundland and Labrador Canada. I will gradually get them added in hopes that folks with Newfoundland roots are able to find them and fill in the gaps in their research as well. IF any memorial that I have made is part of your genealogy and not important to mine and you would like to take management of it.. please just request it and I will gladly hand it over to you. The real purpose of FAG should be to get as much ACCURATE information out to other researchers as possible and NUMBERS should not factor into this great site. Numbers give less than accurate information so beware when you come across a memorial with just the date of death and location... some inaccuracies can happen there too as I have found over the years.

Please feel free to use my headstone photos for your personal family research but would appreciate credit for them if you use them for something other than personal research.

WE CAN ACCOMPLISH MORE WORKING TOGETHER THAN WE CAN WORKING ALONE.

All the best to everyone researching their roots....its always a challenge but so very rewarding too... never give up!!
