Flora Alice Speed #6475207
I believe that Flora Speed is the eldest daughter of John Pittman Speed #150411934 and Allie Augusta Howell Speed #97959754. According to Allie's obit Flora died as an infant. Allie was born in Lincoln Co. Missouri. Her parents were Robert Howell and Sarah Harper according to her death cert. Allie's obit is posted on her memorial. If you have any additional info on Flora it would be greatly helpful.

RE: Ida Dawson Wigginton

Thank you so much for your prompt reply, Richard.

Yes, you are listed as the original creator of Ida's memorial. The number is: 6590397. It would mean a great deal if you could find it in your heart to transfer her memorial to me. I've done a great deal of research about these Wigginton lines and am excited to get it in the public domain on Find A Grave.

Ida Dawson Wigginton
Hi Richard.

I am one of the few Wigginton researchers and the last of my particular line. Ida Dawson Wigginton (6590397) is my second cousin. Her great-grandparents, Roger and Elizabeth Wigginton, are my third great grandparents and I am the last living descendant of their line in Trimble County Ky. I am using Clarence's genealogy he authored to build up Find A Grave memorials for our family. If you would be willing to transfer Ida I would love to add detail to her memorial. Otherwise, I can send you edits to link her to her Wigginton family. Please let me know which one you prefer.

Have a blessed New Year!

Kindest regards,

Lynne Belcher Burgess, RN

Hello Fox Walking!!
Hope Minn is treating you and Shirley well!
I have a request of transfer for Sarah Wombles. YOU are the original creator of this memorial and she is one that Find a Grave had transfered to me during your time of absence. Do you want her back or can I transfer her to her Great Granddau??

Rachel Stark
Rachel was also my ancestress. There is a Stark family history written by Mary Katherine Harris, an excellent and accurate genealogist. I've read the part on my direct line.

Someone, I'm away from home, at the time said Rachel wasn't known for her looks, but for being extra smart. I'd rather be smart!

RE: Middle Initials
I find your attitude very offensive. You seem to be concerned how I have created over 3500 memorials. I do not download memorials off of some computer program. I get in my car and travel to the cemetery. I have been to Italy, Missouri, Indiana, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Iowa, North Carolina and a number of other states walking through cemeteries looking for grave sites. You will note, I have posted over 2250 photos, you don't do that from your living room.

I have always worked with other members of Find A Grave. I will transfer memorials if I am not related to the deceased and have done so many times. When someone sends me additional information I enter it promptly. If someone transfers a memorial to me, I care for if as if I had created it.

I have been into family genealogy for over twenty years. Many of the memorials that I have created are a result of this genealogy study. I find places of burial from death certificates, newspaper obits and family records.

It really does not matter to me who created a memorial, what does matter is that the data in the memorial is as complete and correct as possible. I do not create duplicate memorials. However, in this case, you, the creator of the memorial did not respond to several attempts I made to provide additional data to the memorial.

In an effort to resolve your concern, I will delete my memorial of Jefferson, if you copy the additional data from my memorial and place it in yours. All I want is to get the memorial correct.

Jefferson is the brother of my wife's great-grandfather, so I have a personal interest in his memorial being as complete as possible.

Due to your attitude, I do not care to correspond with you on this matter anymore. I will monitor the memorials, when and if you update your memorial, I will delete mine.
