Bio

I've always loved hunting thru graveyards, even as a child I could be found exploring and reading the stones. I participate in many memorial services as a "Black Rose" (mourner) with the NC Order of Confederate Rose, SCV, and UDC. Tho' I don't know but few of the names I list I believe everyone should be remembered, their lives are full of stories we'll never know, most leaving just a rock to speak their existence. I live in middle Tennessee, we have many small family graveyards here. As a genealogist I have found clues and info on FAG I've not found elsewhere. FAG has many errors and I'm more than willing to correct any that I may have on my memorials. Also I am NOT into the numbers games I believe information belongs to us all, ask NICELY I will transfer to you. I am former (just retired) genealogist at the Smith County, TN, library - if anyone needs any look-ups done out this way, email me or message here.
