John F Schalk/Hattie Woolworth Schalk
Hello Colleen. I am looking for anyone from the family of Hattie Woolworth Schalk (Sioux City, IA) who could provide information on her husband, John F Schalk. I am John's great niece and the granddaughter of his sister Lydia Schalk White. Regards, Teresa Wright

I'm wondering how you are related to Howard? He was my father and I never saw him after my parents divorced.

Hi Colleen, Iím Howards daughter Sharron. Was looking through old pictures and found one of me with Nellie when I was 18 months old. Just wanted to get in touch. What relationship were you to Howard?

John 1648 Willey
Hi Colleen
Ancestry has us as 8th cousins 1x removed.
John 1648 sons went in different directions
Isaac 1671 Willey went WEST to Il, Iowa, >
John 1675 Willey went NORTH to NH, Vermont, >
So our common ancestor is John 1648 Willey
Found Find-A-Grave Memorial # 176883106 by Jonathan Twiss yesterday that shows that John 1648 is buried in Old Cove Burying Ground.
Regards John

Glenn Leslie Woolworth
Hello, I'm looking for any information on Glenn Leslie Woolworth I can find.

My father was adopted as a baby. I recently did my DNA testing through ancestry and have found through genetic matches that Glenn was married to Frances Dike, and is the father of my Uncle Garyl and my father.

I would love to connect with anyone who can let me know more about this different of my Dad's biological family. You can find me on Facebook if you search Christina Graham Burk, or email me at christinaburk42@gmail.com.

On the memorial page you've made, you've given his date and place of birth as Feb. 19 1648 in Herefordshire, England.

Given that he 'arrived', it's given he likely came from England. However, I was curious as to where you obtained the specific information. I've check FindMyPast and I've found a couple of old publications about him, but have not located anything that states where in England he was born.

Thank you.

Re: David Jones
Colleen,

I got your request to link Dave Jones to his parents, but the parents you sent me can't be right. David Jones is 30+ years older than both of them. Please check and send me the right parents - I will be happy to link them.

Thanks!

Robert

Hi! That is great news that you know Evelyn! My dad would love to talk to her as he used to live in Sioux City and remembers Evelyn, her husband and sons. I understand that both boys have died but my Dad would like to talk and reminisce with her if at all possible by phone.
