I am a retired public school librarian in Central PA, currently providing part-time reference assistance at Penn State University. I serve on the Board of Directors of the 306th Bomb Group, 8th Air Force in WWII. My father flew with this group and was seriously wounded 14 October 1943 during the second mission to the ball bearing factories at Schweinfurt, Germany. I also serve as the educational director for the Second Schweinfurt Memorial Association (SSMA). I use FAG often when helping family members of crews of the 8th AF reunite. Often we are asked to assist researchers overseas also.
