John Wesley McClure
Mr. Platz, could you please remove the military photo off of John Wesley McClure's memorial # 38192024 in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Huntland, Franklin County, Tennessee. This is not my John Wesley McClure's photo. Info you have on him shows he applied for pension from Hawkins County, Tennessee which is in the eastern part of Tennessee near Bristol, Tennessee. His application was from Lincoln County, Tennessee near Fayetteville, Tennessee.
Thanks you in advance.

Jerry, Could you please remove the photo you have in military uniform of John Wesley McClure. It is wrong picture. Don't know who this John Wesley McClure is. If you could remove it I would appreciate it.

According to the info on his Civil War pension application, John Wesley had a limited involvement in the war. He was wounded slightly in the Battle of Fredericksburg but something happened to his eyes that disabled him and he suffered from that affliction the rest of his life.

William Butler Cole
I am requesting again to have Wm Butler Cole transferred to me. I asked in March 2014, and again in Sep 2014, and never heard, but I respectfully request again if you would transfer this man (Find A Grave#80130638) who is my 2nd great grandfather, to me. I tried your email but it said it had fatal errors.
If you don't wish to transfer my ancestor, could you please contact me and let me know if you are more closely related?
Thank you, Bettye

I came across this same headstone but it is located in Winchester City Cem. not Decherd City Cem. I only work on the Winchester City cem. so I can assure you it is their, along with his wife. Please consider changing the burial location as these cemeteries are not the same. Thank you, J.Hall.

William Reeves #52113569
Mr. Platz,
I surveyed Rosedale Cemetery, Pembroke, KY, last summer and created a memorial from photographs of stones that I took for William Reeves and other individuals that were moved there from Rives Family Cemetery located on what is now Fort Campbell.
I could find no record of the graves being moved to Rogers Cemetery. Please consider one of the following:
1. Transfer your memorial to Rosedale Cemetery, Pembroke, KY and I will add my photos to the memorial and delete my memorial.
2. or, Delete your memorial and add your photo of Mr. Rives to my memorial
for him.
Note, as I write this email, there is an unauthorized copy of MY photo from Rosedale on your memorial. I have notified the individual that copied and posted the photo to remove it.
Please let me know your decision about the memorial.
Thank you,
Joe Craver

Memorial # 52113569
Jerry: I saw a message sent to you on F.A.G. dated 8/19/2015 by a Joe Carver, KY Legionnaire who says that he has pictures of both the old and new markers for William Marshall Rives (memorial # 52113569) who is now buried in the Rosedale Cemetery (formerly the Pembroke cemetery). He said he would post both pics to your memorial if you would change the cemetery to Rosedale cemetery in Christian county, KY. William Marshall Rives is my relative through the Rives line and I would really like to see his grave pics. Thanks very much.

Hi Jerry, I noticed that you have posted a photo of this gentleman on his memorial. I am not sure if the lady who posted the memorial is still active, but wanted you to know that if you are family, I found his grave yesterday and posted a photo that I took. Not the best quality as the lighting was tough, but it is his burial site. Grave 6 Row 4 Lot 190 in the Confederate section of Old City Cemetery here in Lynchburg.

Best regards,
Darrell Landrum
