Bio Photo As an amateur football historian and Liverpool FC supporter, I set-up the Liverpool FC Historical Group, which includes researchers, collectors and enthusiasts, to celebrate the history of the club and to share knowledge. A big part of this research is researching the final resting places of former players, managers and club founders.

Findagrave has allowed me to obtain images of such graves across the globe. If you have any questions please contact me or visit our wiki site.

Wife and sons.
Do you know where his wife and sons are buried to add to his site. Would be great, but if not that is ok too.

RE: George Allan grave
You are welcome. Giving the plot number made it really easy to find.

No problem in you using the photo for whatever you deem best - with or without the credit.

He is buried in the churchyard of St Catherine at Gosfield, Essex. His wife Beverley is buried beside him.

Hello Kieran

You are welcome. I didn't recognise the name but I had heard of the goal keeper who was still on the pitch in fog 15 minutes after all the other players had gone to the dressing room.

Best regards

Kieran...

You recently left an image request for the above at Everton Cemetery. However, this is the memorial that occupies the plot you have requested... # 171991729 (CE13/057)... I will check the Everton burial records when I'm at the Archives next, to make sure...

May I make a suggestion? On the Beadle family site it states Harry's final resting place as Everton Valley... Anfield Cemetery is closer to the Valley than Everton Cemetery, and they also have a section CE13/057... Anfield, could very well be where you will find him. Perhaps an image request at that Cemetery?

Regards

Request re John Hunter, Airbles Cemetery, Motherwell
Hi Kieran

I had a quick look today but it started pouring down with rain.

I need to clarify something with you. You have given the plot reference as Section H, Consecutive Number 25108.

I did look at where I thought the grave would be but did not find it.

The plot numbers in section H, as far as I can tell, do not go as high as 25108.

I looked at 2510 before it started raining but saw nothing for John.

Could you please confirm the plot number and I will try again?

Regards
