I am a retired Army Officer, military history buff and amateur genealogist.

Due to my age and decreased mobility, I can no longer negotiate cemeteries to take photographs.

If anyone is not satisfied with any photo of a grave marker that I have taken, please let me know via email and I will be glad to remove it. Likewise, if I have created a memorial that is offensive or incorrect in any way, let me know and I will either correct the information or remove the memorial.

Family members have my permission to privately use my photos of the grave markers of your ancestors for genealogical purposes on sites such as Ancestry.com or Rootsweb.com, but DO NOT COPY elsewhere on Find A Grave, Billion Graves, other sites listing graves, the internet or for commercial use. My photos all have a copyright embedded in the image metadata. Please email me if you use one of my photos so I know they are being appreciated elsewhere.

I will be glad to transfer any memorial I have created if it is for one of your ancestors within 4 generations and not in my direct line. Once I transfer a memorial, you may alter it, but it shall NOT be deleted.
