PLEASE - LEAVE A FLOWER FOR COL STANLEY A. D'AMORE (178266493)IN ST. ANN'S CEMETERY, FREELAND AND TAKE THE TIME TO READ HIS OBITUARY THAT HE WROTE HIMSELF. HE WAS THE LAST OF HIS BLOOD LINE.
This is the first time I've come across an obituary written in the first person and I think you'll agree that it is beautifully written and so touching.

Re: Benjamin Franklin Arnold in Windsor Cem
He was my great uncle, my grandmother's brother. I have removed the obit, but do not know in what paper it was published, because it is a scan of the obit saved by my family. If possible, could you remove the mention of me as the contributor having furnished the obit, may sound a tad odd, but it makes me feel funny to see myself expressed that way in regard to my great uncle. Just please remove that crediting if you will.

RE: Eugene Olajos obit
Hi Virginia.. While it wasn't confirmed that we we're actually related I did speak with Eugene on the phone once as we were both in the military directory... His family and my dad's family were both raised here in Michigan 80 miles a part and his grandparents and mine both came from Budapest Hungary. I would be honored to maintain his record as I continue to develop my family tree.. Thank you

Virginia,

I corrected this memorial so no n remove the pic of the headstone as now it is correct for the person.

Sorry about the confusion on my part.

John J. Rynkiewicz
Helen S. Stein memorial
Virginia,

Hi,

Awhile back you transferred memorial 72278642 to me and I need to remove the photo of the headstone as this isn't my Helen S. Rynkiewicz as I earlier presumed.

I will fix it with the correct headstone asap.

Regards and Thanks for your help

John J. Rynkiewicz

P.S. Appears as if Helen was first married to John R. Stein and then William Shokey.

Virginia, thank you SO much for the photo of the Johnstons' marker. I've been trying to track down this burial for years. She was my great-aunt, and the only one of the siblings I couldn't find.
Your taking the time to go out, find, and document this burial is much appreciated!
