Bio

First off, Carma was my mother. Hence my username.

Second, the basset hound in my photo space is in memory of the female basset that owned me for ten years after I received her on Mother's Day.

Third, I believe in Random Acts of Kindness of all kinds. Adding remembrance tokens is an easy, inexpensive act of kindness. I have a virtual cemetery for memorials that could use some tokens of remembrance. The contents change periodically and I try to keep the number between 10-15.

My son is a firefighter/paramedic and my grandfather was a policeman. To honor them, I have virtual cemeteries for deceased firefighters, mostly people from Michigan who died in the line of duty, and a few police officers.

I'm not perfect and never will be, but I try to follow these guidelines: "Assume good faith." "Use good manners." "Don't bite the newcomers."

I am less able to work on Findagrave than I did in the past because of ongoing health difficulties too boring to relate . I am grateful for additional or corrected information on memorials, though if it differs from my own, I may ask about your source. I am also grateful for additional photos. If you are sending me additional information about or pix for a member of your family, please let me know that.

Enjoy each day as if it were your last. It could be. I wish you good health in this global Covid-19 pandemic. Please get vaccinated.
