I was born in Dickinson, North Dakota in 1951, daughter of Ottilia Feininger and John Kostelecky. I was raised in Bismarck and attend Bismarck schools. I was a professional seamstress for many years and worked for the State of North Dakota as clerk 1. I have no remaining family but a lovely aunt, my mom's sister, and aunts on my dads side that I have contact with. My puppy Sparky keeps me busy. I have been doing genealogy since I was 16 and thank the Find A Grave site for making these tributes possible. Ive been doing family genealogy since I have researched as far as I can. Hopefully someone will come across my info and have additional info for me. I'd appreciate any help in getting these tributes to our loved ones and relatives.

RE: edward feininger
Thanks so much for putting them in the correct cemeteries. It will really help future families who are searching. I'm going to check out the grave-site for Peter in St. Pat's to see if they now have a grave marker on his site. There was one for his son, Alfonse but not for Peter (but that was awhile ago). Thanks again.

Best Wishes, Cheryl S

RE: Edward Feininger Jr
I'm sorry you had a bad experience with Find A Grave but you are listed as manager on those sites and can still get them straightened out, no one else can. If you read my e-mail again I told you what had to be done, it's just simply changing the name of the cemeteries on the site that I mentioned. Cheryl S

* Your Mom & Dad *
Bunny51, my condolences for the loss of your Mom & Dad and other family members. I have left flowers for them, along with George, as I have a Brother named George and like you, my family has passed away, leaving only my sister & I.

Best wishes for you in the 2017 New Year.

It's me bothering you again. I noticed that you have a Edward Feininger Jr. listed in the St. Patrick's cemetery. Could they be the same person? Mine is buried in St. Joseph's along with Edward Sr. The Edward I found was in World War II. Take a look at his Find A Grave - #132062525.
Are they one and the same Edward?

Edward Feininger Jr
I was wondering if you know anything about Edward Feininger 1920 - 1966. His grave marker in St. Joseph's cemetery in Dickinson has his name spelled Feiniger and I was wondering if you knew if this was correct or if they misspelled it and it should be Feininger. If you know of him and how he actually spells his name could you get back to me.

She may be my niece.. her mother was Pamerla Davis, George Feinningers other step daughter.. I was also his step daughter.. but anyway, if that is the same Bernadette, I would love to know how to contact her.. will you pass this on.. thank you..
