Bio

Hello everyone, my name is David. After more than 10 years as just "David," I decided to change my public name, as I am a perplexed historian. I may go back to David, but for now I am enjoying the change. I am a professor of history and have always loved to research my family history, and to pay tribute to my lost loved ones. Find A Grave is a great way to keep your family history alive. In December of 2018, I lost my beautiful Mama, Linda Seymour , it has been very hard but in 2020, I created a page for her, finally. Please check out the memorials for my three departed grandparents. Marian Seymour (1915-2001) My beloved grandmother meant the world to me and I am glad she has this tribute, and My three grandfathers Harold Seymour (1913-1997), Raymond Dominic Stallone (1910-1993), and the man who was my closest grandfather my Opa Richard Shields (1930-2015). Also check out the tribute to my Great Aunt because I made her a promise she would never be forgotten Pauline Burke (1922-2003).

2015 was a year of great loss, it started with the death of my second favorite person on earth my grandmother's best friend
Mickey Robinson (1923-2015) and ended of the death of my grandfather my "Opa"Richard Shields (1930-2015). The presence of these people are associated with my happiest memories, please remember them. As well as their dear friend, Gretel Dzierla (1927-2012).

Please visit the memorial of my good friend Marilyn:
Marilyn Borden (1932-2009).

Please leave me a message if you want to contact me, I no longer will give out my personal e-mail as they are never positive e-mails only complaints. I cannot help on famous memorials I have added, but if you feel you are a relative of mine or you have info I am lacking in one of my memorials, please feel free to leave a message.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY OF MY PHOTOS AND POST THEM ON OTHER WEB PAGES LIKE ANCESTRY.COM WITHOUT PERMISSION. I HAVE SPENT YEARS FINDING THEM AND WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU RESPECT MY WISHES. THANK YOU.
