Bio

I live in Placitas New Mexico. My father's side of the family is Overley and Stoltz. My mother's is Keyes and Stoops. My educational background is History and Political Science. I have BA and MA degree. I worked on my Phd but did not complete my dissertation.

I do not do mass cemetery postings but focus on my family and history.

I do add and correct records in the Santa Fe National Cemetery and am always willing to take photos for relatives and others doing research on persons buried there. I will not take photos for those of you who post records from obits. While I appreciate what you do, the cemetery is large and with over 20 to 30 requests a week I do not have that kind of time.

If you have a family member in a New Mexico Cemetery or if you are doing research that leads you here I am willing to help. Please know that many cemeteries in New Mexico have been lost to time. Graves older that the 1850s are almost impossible to find. Even if the cemetery is known the wooden markers are long gone.
