Bio and Links
Bio Photo We are very interested in family history and try to keep our Family Tree up to date. We have found that genealogy can become very addictive and something that requires lots of time for searching and making contact with other family members searching for all the facts.

"Don't ever let go of your dreams, go after them with the greatest of intensity, no matter the obstacles".

I am a Vermont Civil War buff, and am working on a project to identify the last resting places of many of the "old soldiers' that had roots in Vt. Orson Wakefield is one such patriot. May I use the photo that you contributed to his Find A Grave memorial page, to post on the Vermont Civil War site? ( You would receive credit for this

Thank you for your consideration.

Find A Grave Changes
A friend told me about this change a couple days after this was deployed. I have sent an edit/s to you so I thought maybe you didn't know about it. You might want to pass it on to your friends. thanks!!! ~Peggy

New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"

******Please Note******
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013

Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you.
Then just review and accept.

Way easier for doing updates to names/dates/places/plot numbers/links. If you don't approve within 21 days it will automatically accept it.

You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section.

BTW, my husband and I are flying back to PA and my husband, 2 friends and I will be taking pictures of all the plaques in the Old Mausoleum; therefore, if you want to request any, the photo requests will be fulfilled first.
