Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been researching my family and my husband's for almost 13 years. I love this site. What a great tool to locate missing ancestors. Some surnames I am researching are: Holte, Neikirk, Avery, Longworth, Tarwater, Wells, Chapman, McGeorge, Lovett, Clark, Prather and Kerr. Many more, too many to list. Also, if you find a photo that you like on any of my memorials, go ahead post them to yours. No permission needed here. Genealogy kindness.

If I have put in an obituary of a loved one, that is your family, and if this is not your wish, please let me know and I will delete the memorial. My intention is to honor loved ones, forever, and not to offend any family member.

RE: Bruce Mertz
It is my honor and pleasure! Thanks for the kudos!
btw, I see you are also from the Wells? They are quite a dead end for my own family search. I go back to Wells Joiner, whose mother's name was Mary Wells, but that's all we know of her. We think her husband was John, but wow. Mary and John are such common names.

RE: Bruce Mertz
Hi Jennifer, I was so glad to get his obituary. I had spent time just this morning trying to find one. The closest I found was that of one of his brothers, and I was able to write a bit of a bio from the information gleaned there. I have now blended the two. I hope you approve of the final product. I cited you. And I found a picture "USAF Christmas" image for a "flower" to leave. Please don't hesitate to give me further info or feedback. Thank you!

Infant dau Clark - Shiloh Cemetery
I am wondering if you can answer who the above infant dau belongs to. A picture of her stone was just added, looks like May 28, l881 is the death date and I'd assume since there is no name it was a stillbirth, etc. I believe there are two memorials on find-a-grave for this infant. My connection is from Robert Clark, then Samuel Clark who stayed in IL while some of the family went to Sonoma, CA. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
