Please if you want me to make any corrections, do them on the person's memorial, I will see them right away and there will be a link to the memorial. I don't read my messages as often as I should.

Please do not transfer memorials to me, especially in mass. I can barely maintain the memorials I already have.

I am still interested in adding others that I have an interest. I may possibly request memorials in which I may have a specific interest in the future.

I discovered this site in January of 2004 when I "Googled" my cousin who at that time had recently passed away. I thought this is a great site. I then entered all the members of my family.

Now, in addition to entering family and friends, I also enter people from the obituaries or news that for some reason or another attract my attention, especially if there is a photo.

I have a soft spot for Chicago/Chicago area Police Officers and Firefighters.

I enter people to honor them and so that they are noted and remembered beyond their family and circle of friends.

Some times after I have entered someone's loved one, I get an e-mail thanking me for entering their loved one; most people are pleased to discover their loved one on Findagrave; I know I was pleasantly surprised.

If, I have entered your loved one on here and you would like to take over their memorial; please use the edit feature to let me know that you want ownership and I will gladly transfer ownership to you.

By the same token if you discover your loved one here and you don't want them shown on this site, let me know and I will delete them.

If anyone has additional information, let me know by the edit button and I will gladly enter any additional information; also please let me know where you found that information or how you know that information.
